Corrugating Rolls Need to Have High Bending Strength and Maximum Toughness
Corrugating
rolls could be used for many different functions - but whatever the function it
is essential that buyers consider a few critical factors before procuring them
for use.
• That the rolls have low maintenance costs
• That the operational expenses are reduced
radically
• That the rolls are homogeneously and
uniformly hardened to great depths
• That the rolls have considerably longer
life, and
• That they are eco-friendly
While some corrugating rolls
go through
low-frequency induction hardening, others go through high-frequency induction
hardening. In the former mode of production, before flute formation, the
surface is hardened. In the latter case, the surface is hardened after the
formation of the flute. More buyers in the market prefer to buy the former
these days because in the former process the chances of developing cracks or
breaks in the flute are almost zero while in the other method the surface tends
to remain more brittle and hence develop cracks and fissures when put into use.
The other difference between both processes is that the flute has an even and
thick surface in the former process and thin and uneven surface in the latter
case. The flute is very tough in the former case while it is quite fragile in
the latter.
A grain huller, an agriculture machine that is
used in removing the outer husks of rice grains is an automated process designed to make the task of hulling rice easy and
efficient. The modern machine is reliable and powerful and the best option for
the milling industry.
